Four girls have been rescued after being used for sex in Cape Town, the city's vice squad said.

Assistant squad chief Nathan Ladegourdie said the girls, three of them minors, were rescued in a joint police operation on Friday.
“[The girls] had previously been recruited from Dunoon and taken to Richwood, where they were sexually abused and exposed to pornography and prostitution,” he said.
The girls were taken into protective custody.
One person was arrested and would appear in the Goodwood Magistrate's Court later on Wednesday, on charges including rape and sexual assault.
